Through the sand and down streets all of them paved with truth
Truth that marches to its beats, Tarine the muse leads the way
Leads through the sand and down the streets and all that is paved and isn’t
Through the streets and through the sand and samba beats, Tarine the muse leads the way
And the leaders follow and the followers lead and the dancers dance a dance to the beat
And the beat of the drums to the drumbeat of life to the beat of the drumbeat cries
And Tarine the muse dances a dance dancing “vivam! vivam! vivam!”
And leaders follow and the followers lead with their dance of truth, their dance of life
Their dance of truth or truths, an eternal celebration of life
A celebration of truth in the truth that is art that is dance that is life
Performance in dance off truth that is life that is art that is joy
The dance is a dance in a parade of joy where the leaders follow and the followers lead
All to the beat of the truth,
To the joy
To life
To Samba.
