In the spirit of ASTROfeminist theory, this event is an alchemical transmutation of the cosmic energies with the Full Moon taking place early in the morning on February 27th with the Sun in Pisces and the Moon opposing it in the Tropical sign of Virgo. The symbolic polarity of the Pisces/Virgo axis is expressed as logic versus intuition. Therefore, this Full Moon calls upon finding material forms for our spiritual, intuitive, and mystical experiences.

Full Moon channeled message: https://creatrixmag.com/full-moon-in-virgo-mystical-manifestations/

Throughout the whole day we will be experiencing the Pisces/Virgo energetic wave, and from 7pm on Saturday through Sunday, the planetary energies build up to form the Grand Earth Trine, with the Moon trining Mars in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn.

To honour our place within the Solar System, on the Spaceship Earth, and to integrate the occult transmissions of the artists and poets we will open the event with the mystic ritual by Arantxa Araujo and close our virtual circle with the poetry of Sofy Yuditskaya who will transmit from the Desert Temple at the Sunset.

PRSTXKNWBDY is an interdisciplinary creatrix, somehow still better known as a seeing eye dragon, dance floor power ranger + infinite rambler of all existential things. her ability to speak forever before an audience of none to hundreds, thousands is curtailed (as if) only by its silent cousin – word bending on paper.

established with all jokes inside, at the tail end of the sovereign siren of all petty tyrants (the year 2020), bitchwitch botanica is a convergence of covens activating + initiating integration thru art + healing as a peer to peer experience.

inclusive af, these days, you can usually spot PK (as no one save her self affectionately calls her) lounging with the lizards in patches of sun, sippin cute herbal infusions + smoking witchy spliffs w the bodega cats in ur mum’s backyard, banging on an ipad about bitchwitch botanica on anybody’s balcony + of course, never not plotting the coochie revolution with her artwives of Church of the Cosmic Cunt.

Sarah Penello is an artist, author, facilitator, priestess and witch.  She is a life-long student of the healing arts and plant medicine, a chef, a forager, and is amazing at spotting well camouflaged animals in the landscape.  She is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner and a Reiki Master, with nearly 10 years of experience.

In 2018, she co-founded The Church of the Cosmic Cunt, a mutable art collective that has hosted over 300 events, including parties, art shows, classes, ceremonies and workshops. She is devoted to reclaiming the sacred in the profane, cultivating pleasure and beauty in the places where we have been wounded, and living in a way that honors the sovereignty of all beings.

In her art practice and kitchen witchery, this manifests as working creatively with the materials that present themselves- finding ways to be sustainably lavish and luxurious.  You can shop her wildcrafted plant products and botanically dyed garments at https://www.etsy.com/shop/sasquatchbotanica .
