In the avatar of the Cosmic Waters SheDragon I want to share with you the occult gnosis of Virgin’s Diamond also known as the Great Diamond Asterism. Virgin’s Diamond at its origins is the symbolic depiction of the Cosmic Womb, connecting us to the Feminine Power of life giving and sustenance originating through the Stargate of Spica in the constellation Virgo. Spica forms the base of the diamond asterism, and from there extends its meaning of pure living attuned to nature and cosmic consciousness to ensure the safe birth and ascension of the soul. Nowadays, this asterism is better known as the Great Dimond, encompassing also the energy of the Masculine Power of life protecting and space holding.
Originally, the asterism was purely the reflection of the Feminine Empowerment, related to the potency of the Egyptian Isis, as well as the Hindu Goddess Durga, riding a lion through the Stargate of Denebola, Beta Leoni in the Leo constellation, with time and development of space navigation which followed more complex astronomical data collection and nomenclature, the masculine principle expressed itself through Arcturus, in the constellation Bootes aka the Herdsman (codified in the 2nd-century by astronomer Ptolemy) and the star Cor Caroli (in the small constellation of Canes Venatici added by astronomer Johannes Hevelius in the 17th century). Thus, the cosmic energies imprinted themselves in the earthy matrix of archetypes.
Bootes north of Virgo, is the Virgin’s consort and protector representing strength, responsibility and spiritual awareness coupled with receptivity and intuition which are the transcendental qualities of the divine masculine principle. Arcturus impels action to ensure a safe environment for conception, birthing, healing and attainment of our evolutionary objectives.
The Arcturian Stargate represents the highest civilization in the galaxy and strong personal connection to Arcturus (24 Libra Tropical, 29 Virgo Sidereal) links us to the higher galactic knowledge. Aho!

- Cor Caroli (α CVn), in Canes Venatici or perhaps COR COSMOS – the Cosmic Heart or even COR CREATRIX
I simply cannot accept that the star which forms the focal celestial point of the Virgin’s Diamond is called Cor Caroli in honour of the assassinated English king Charles. I have no problem with Babylonian Sky Goddess aka Virgo constellation, I can certainly accept divine masculine of Bootes and Arcturian StarGate, as well as Hindu Durga riding the lion as in the connection to the star Denebola, Beta Leoni, but dear heavens I cannot take Hevelius’ XVII century mindset…even if he was a Polish / German / Lithuanian astronomer educated in Holland whose second wife Elzabeth Hevelius was the first woman astronomer (her parents were Dutch from Amsterdam but then they moved to Gdansk in Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth).
As Hevelius added 10 new asterismic forms, filling up in between the larger and more ancient constellations, he clearly used the polarizing ideology of XVII c science, dividing the human and animal worlds, and giving the man the power to subjugate all other beings, hence Bootes from the Herdsman became a Hunter, as Hevlius bestowed on heavens the Canes Venatici constellation which was meant to represent Bootes’ hunting dogs (Latin “Canes Venatici”).
So who does Bootes hunt with his Latin hunting dogs? Does he hunt the big Bear Mama and her Bear Cub – Ursa Major and Ursa Minor with Polaris as the Northern Star? Or perhaps he hunts the Draco constellation? In full celestial respect, in order to hunt the Dracos small XVII century Latin dogs wouldn’t suffice! Bootes would be better off riding Ursa Major as his consort Virgin rides the Lion, together unifying the masculine and feminine they would be able to face any demonic forces and galactic villains haunting our human world and the planet earth.
